He stayed in contact with me and answered all my questions in a timely manner until the final purchase. Great place of business and great staff. They went above and beyond.

They have an incredible selection and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We bought a pontoon boat in May and werent happy with it. Melissa agreed to put it on the showroom floor and sell it. It sold very fast and se reordered a different boat. She took our boat to try to sell it for us . It sold within a few days. Our new boat arrived in the fall and they shink wrapped it and stored it for us. We will pick it up this spring. Very happy with the entire staff. They will go out of their way to please the customer.

Big storm hit Dimondale. I needed to upgrade my chainsaw and generator. This location had exactly what I needed. Staff super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Even assembled and tested my equipment so I could use it right away. Will be back for my bad boy mower and/or tractor purchase.

My wife and I were riding our side x side on the trails when we started having problems with the machine. We limped it into Houghton Lake and called outdoor equipment. They were amazing. They came with a truck and trailer, took our machine to their shop and worked on it. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. The customer service made a bad day on the trails bearable. If you are ever in the Houghton lake area I suggest you stop in, and if you need help, they are definitely the place to call

Had a pulley break on my zero turn, tried to bring it from Amazon and got the wrong one. Took the old one into Bob at the parts counter and he spent a few minutes matching it up for me. Got home and had it repaired quickly, the only drawback was seeing all those beautiful machines in the showroom and falling in love with the newer models!
